4. Data Privacy: Our learning platform partner Thinkific is a purpose-built platform with best-in-class security, privacy, and compliance controls designed to keep our participants’ data safe. Third Party Risk Institute and Thinkific hold its employees accountable for protecting the privacy and security of your data.  Any personal information we collect is used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. The exception is participants enrolled in the CPE credit stream of any course or program. These participants automatically authorize Third Party Risk Institute Ltd. to share their personal information, enrollment, and completion data with NASBA.

5. Non-Disclosure: Third Party Risk Institute does not expect or require you to share confidential or sensitive information about your organization during any of our activities.
