With 7 video-based modules, we start with the changing threat landscape and important enterprise-level risks organizations are exposed to with their third party relationships. Then we’ll cover the Three Lines of Defense, lifecycle management activities, and what constitutes effective risk oversight.

With practical insights into relationship segmentation, risk monitoring, and active governance, this self-paced, 5.5-hour Certificate Program will help you to confidently engage in discussions about third party risk, emerging and best practices, and effective strategies to align third parties with your organization’s operational resilience goals.

Within 10 days of completion of program requirements you’ll receive a personalized digital Certificate of Completion.

 

After completing each of seven modules, you’ll consolidate your knowledge and increase retention by successfully responding to a minimum of 80% of the Review Questions before moving forward. This is adult learning, intended to transfer knowledge so you can retest yourself until you pass.

Self-identifying participants will earn 6 CPE credits upon successfully completing program requirements. This includes achieving a minimum 70% grade on the Qualifying Assessment. CPE credits are granted based on a 50 minute hour.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. If you work in a regulated entity, you may wish to enrol in Certified Third Party Risk Management program. Earning the widely recognized C3PRMP Certification identifies you as a qualified professional, and that you have requisite knowledge.

Review Questions are presented at the end of each module, with detailed explanations and sources of correct and incorrect responses. Responses are graded, with a minimum passing grade of 80%. Review Questions are a great way to anchor your learning.

Consider preparing for the Qualifying Assessment by spending quality time with the Review Questions found at the end of each Module. Ensure that you understand the meaning of the response options for each question by intentionally selecting correct and incorrect responses. You will be presented with an explanation for each response option, and its source.

To earn CPE credits, NASBA requires participants to achieve a minimum passing grade of 70% in a Qualifying Assessment. This is a multiple choice exam presented upon completion of program material to evaluate your knowledge. Regrettably, we can only provide your grade but not tell you which questions you got right.

  • you can complete the Qualifying Assessment as many times as needed to achieve a 70% passing grade within the time limit for the program.
  • All content from the Qualifying Assessments is sourced from the videos and mandatory reading.
  • Qualifying Assessments are designed to evaluate comprehension, not “trick” you!

 

As defined by NASBA, 100% of the content in 3PRM Essentials: Third Party Risk Management Certificate Program is “Specialized Knowledge”.

As defined by NASBA, QAS Self- Study is completed individually without the assistance or interaction of a real time instructor. QAS Self-Study programs must assess for understanding of the material and the participant’s grade must be provided.

Satisfactory completion of the program is confirmed after successfully achieving a minimum passing grade on the Qualifying Assessment.

Within 90 days from the date of purchase, you must finish all coursework.
